No Cancellations and Refunds
- Once a donation is made online via our website, it cannot be cancelled or refunded under any circumstances. We request you to carefully consider your decision before making a donation.
No Cash Refunds
- We do not provide cash refunds for donations made online. The process of reversing online transactions is complex and time-consuming, hence, once a donation is made, it cannot be reversed or refunded.
Fraudulent Transactions
- In the event of a notification of fraud from our Payment Gateway Service Providers, we will review the case and take appropriate action. However, apart from cases of proven fraud, no refund or cancellation request will be entertained.
